I shoot film, tweak pixels and write songs. I live in California, near Santa Barbara. Climbing rocks. Surfing waves. I have a lot of odd cameras, old guitars and loud amps. Sometimes I throw up a mic and make some songs. The last project I released was called Jaws with friends of mine from Lagwagon, RKL and Bad Astronaut. Sometimes I sporadically post about the LA Lakers at another Tumblr called The Drunken Audible. I post images I capture at my flickr site.

Neighbors

These are all shot with my medium format cameras (these particular ones with one of my Holgas). I’m starting to prefer to scan the prints instead of the negatives because the printer at Samy’s does a lot of work to correct the really erratic exposures I get with these kinds of cameras. The film is some variety of Fuji Velvia that’s been cross-processed to get the wild color shifts.
