Obama Cabinet

I like Rahm Emanuel, but I’m hoping Obama selects Tom Daschle as Chief of Staff. I’d like to see Bill Richardson instead of John Kerry as Secretary of State if they are the only choices. I’d really like to see Dick Lugar or Colin Powell here. May as well keep Robert Gates as Secretary of Defense for now. Maybe Chuck Hagel at this position? Paul Volcker as Secretary of Treasury? Warren Buffett as some sort of Economy Czar? Who else… Ah-nold as Secretary of Energy? Cool with me. Hilarity always ensues where Ah-nold is involved. Attorney General was gonna be John Edwards until the scandal I bet.

I’m really excited to see who is appointed to this administration. Hopefully he pulls some key people out of the private sector to modernize many parts of government. Except for the IRS. Leave them with the oldest technology possible please. Give them slide rules and pencils.
